Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains the refund commitment and application process for VPNZD international route subscriptions. Refund requests are handled through support tickets in the user panel, where order verification, progress, and the outcome are confirmed. Before submitting a request, check your order and payment records to avoid identifying an unrelated transaction as an order for this service.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 60 days of your first payment. The first successful payment record is used to verify the refund window; it does not begin on the date you create an account, install a client, or first connect. You do not need to submit a fault report or prove that a route is unusable.
Specify the orders and amounts covered by the request in your support ticket. Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different billing methods, so identify the order type when applying. If your account has upgrades, renewals, or other subsequent orders, VPNZD will review them individually; later payments do not automatically restart the refund window for the first payment.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and the difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days; data packages remain available until used and never expire. These billing rules help verify order status and do not change the refund commitment above.
Eligible Requests and Cases Requiring Review
Within the refund window, you may apply if your needs have changed, your device configuration is unsuitable, or your experience accessing international services does not meet your expectations. Describing your use case can help us review an issue, but an explanation is not a prerequisite for a no-questions-asked refund.
Requests made after the refund window are outside the commitment described above. Records for payments that did not succeed, cannot be matched to an order for this service, or have already been refunded cannot be used as a new basis for a refund. If you believe you were charged twice, provide the relevant transaction records for review through a support ticket.
This page does not set an unpublished deduction rate or usage threshold for data that has been partially or fully used. Cases involving unusual data usage, account violations, or transaction disputes must be reviewed against the order and the Terms of Service; explain the relevant details in your ticket. An account restriction does not, by itself, mean that a refund request has been denied.
How to Apply and What to Provide
- Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, request a refund, and list the orders to be reviewed.
- Provide the order number, payment date and time, amount paid, and payment method. If the order record is not enough to verify the request, provide the payment transaction number or necessary supporting evidence.
- Check the verification result in the original ticket and confirm the order, amount, and receiving method for the refund. If any information is incorrect, add details to the same ticket.
- After receiving the result, check your payment account or receipt record. If the amount or status differs, follow up through the original ticket.
No email address is required; a username and password are enough to create an account. Refund communications also take place through account tickets. Do not submit your account password, complete subscription links, or personal information unrelated to the transaction. Redact unrelated details from screenshots and leave only what is needed for verification.
Refund Methods and Processing Time
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Refunds are generally sent through the original payment channel; whether that is possible depends on the transaction record and the channel's support. If the original channel cannot receive the refund, confirm an alternative method in a support ticket first. Funds are not sent directly to an unverified receiving account.
Alipay and WeChat refunds require verification of the original transaction and the status returned by the payment channel. Refund processing and the actual arrival of funds may not happen at the same time. No standard arrival timeframe is promised on this page; updates in the support ticket and the payment channel's actual result determine the status.
USDT refunds require separate confirmation of the network and receiving address. The original sending address alone does not confirm that it can receive a refund. Confirm any differences in amount, fees, or conversion in a support ticket before processing; no fixed exchange rate or fee is assumed. Check the network and receiving address against the instructions in your ticket.
After a Refund and Disputes
Once a refund is completed, the subscription or data benefits associated with the refunded order end. If your account has other orders, follow the scope confirmed in the support ticket; a refund does not automatically apply to all benefits in the account. Keep your order records, ticket replies, and proof of receipt for future reference.
If you have questions about the verification outcome or refund receipt, describe the specific discrepancy in the original ticket and provide supporting information. This helps avoid fragmented records from duplicate requests. For account and service rules, see the Terms of Service. For how application materials are handled, see the Privacy Policy.
