Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to VPNZD international route subscriptions. Please read this page and the related policies before using the service. Activating or continuing to use the service means you accept the applicable rules. If you have questions about these terms, contact us through the support ticket section of the user panel before deciding whether to use the service.
Service Scope
VPNZD provides network acceleration and international route subscriptions for cross-border access and visiting international websites, covering 110+ countries / 170+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Check the user panel for available routes, subscription status and client downloads.
The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, content licenses or account access from third-party platforms. A route's location does not determine eligibility for a third-party platform. Those services set their own account-region requirements, content rules and terms of use, which users should verify separately.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details and subscription address secure, and do not post credentials on public pages. If you discover that someone else is using your account, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket.
This service has no device limit for the account holder's personal devices. This does not permit sharing, renting, reselling or using an account as access credentials for another commercial service. Distributing subscription addresses, reselling route access or using one account to provide connectivity to third parties is prohibited.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages are valid until used and do not expire. Before choosing a plan, check its billing method, available traffic and subscription status. See the pricing page for prices.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their use of the service, as well as the rules of any platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, distributing illegal content or any other unlawful activity.
Users must not use the routes for unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, attacks, sending spam or disrupting other users' connections. Users are responsible for their own devices, applications and actions. Network connectivity does not replace the need to determine whether accessed content or business activities are lawful.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on the user's local network, device configuration, route maintenance, carrier routing and the status of third-party services. VPNZD does not guarantee consistent performance across all locations, times or destination websites, nor does route coverage guarantee that third-party services will always be accessible.
Maintenance, upstream network issues or changes to third-party platform rules may result in route adjustments or temporary interruptions. If an issue occurs, first check your subscription status and local network, then submit a support ticket describing what happened. For important work, users should keep necessary backups and alternative connection arrangements.
Responsibility for consequences arising from third-party platform actions, device failures or users disclosing their own credentials will be assessed based on the actual cause. Nothing in this section excludes rights granted to users by applicable law or limits any liability VPNZD is legally required to bear.
Account Restrictions and Termination
If VPNZD identifies unlawful use, attacks, account resale or sharing, or another breach of these terms, it may restrict the relevant connections, suspend subscription access or terminate the account based on the scope of the impact. Any action will be limited to what is necessary. If a risk is ongoing, restrictions may be imposed before feedback is reviewed.
If you disagree with a restriction, submit an explanation through a user panel support ticket. Describe what you were doing and the message shown when the issue occurred. Do not include your password or full subscription address in the ticket. Fees related to account termination will be handled under the refund policy and applicable law.
Changes to These Terms and Refund Guidance
VPNZD may update these terms in response to service changes or compliance requirements, and will update the revision date on this page. Changes that materially affect usage rights or obligations will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Users should review updates. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to discuss next steps.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for how to apply and further details.
