Accounts & Subscriptions

Check your account status first, then review your client and subscription settings. Keep your subscription link as secure as a password, and share only the information needed when troubleshooting.

What information do I need to create an account, and what if I forget my password?

No email address is required—just a username and password. After creating your account, keep your login details secure and avoid reusing passwords from other sites. If you can’t log in, check your username, keyboard input, letter case, and any spaces copied along with it. Make sure you’re on the VPNZD account dashboard, not the client’s local settings page. If you still can’t sign in, check the Contact page for available support options and describe the message you see. Don’t share your password or full subscription link. Account recovery depends on the options shown in the dashboard and guidance from support; don’t rely on recovery methods you haven’t set up.

Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update the route list?

Sign in to your account dashboard. Check your plan and data status in the account overview, then open the client or subscription section to find your subscription details. For a subscription already imported into a client, you can usually update it from subscription management. Once the update succeeds, check whether the route list has changed. If the update fails, check your device’s internet connection and the subscription status in the dashboard; avoid repeatedly deleting your existing configuration. If the dashboard offers a subscription link reset, reset it and import the new link on the devices you use. The old link may stop working. Treat your subscription link like an account credential—never share it in public chats or screenshots.

Do I need a different plan when switching devices or using multiple devices?

VPNZD has no device limit, so changing devices alone doesn’t require you to choose a new plan. The service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. On a new device, sign in to your account dashboard, open the client section, follow the instructions for your platform, and import your subscription. When devices share a subscription, plan downloads, video streaming, and background tasks around your remaining data. No device limit doesn’t mean unlimited data. If you stop using an old device, remove its subscription configuration. If you think your subscription details may have been exposed, check whether the dashboard offers a reset option, then update the configuration on the devices you’re keeping.

What do client downloads and an anonymous, no-logs policy mean?

Get clients and subscription details from your account dashboard. The help pages don’t provide static installers or real subscription links. Choose the section for your device and follow the requirements and instructions shown in the dashboard. VPNZD describes its privacy approach as anonymous and no-logs; see the Privacy Policy for details about data handling. This doesn’t mean websites can’t identify your account, or that your browser history and website sign-in records disappear automatically. Before sharing a troubleshooting screenshot, hide your account details and subscription credentials. For information about how plan, order, and support communications are handled, consult the relevant policies rather than relying only on your client’s connection status.

Connections & Troubleshooting

Tell apart device connectivity, client routing, and issues with the service you’re trying to reach. Change one thing at a time, and keep error messages and comparison results so you don’t lose useful troubleshooting clues.

Can’t connect after importing a subscription? What should I check first?

Disconnect the client and make sure your device can access the internet on its own. Then sign in to your account dashboard and check your plan status and remaining data. Confirm that the subscription updated successfully, the client has the network permissions it needs, and you’ve selected a working route. When testing another route, keep the website and device network the same so you can tell what changed. Don’t change routes, rules, and DNS settings all at once; it makes the cause harder to identify. If you still can’t connect, save the client’s error message and note your platform, selected region, route type, and when the issue occurred. Submit these details in a support ticket, but don’t include your full subscription link.

Why does a browser work while a particular app won’t use the proxy?

If a website works in your browser, that only confirms the browser’s current request path is working—it doesn’t mean every app uses the same path. Some apps ignore the system proxy; others need the client’s system-wide network mode. Split-routing rules, an app’s regional requirements, or local security software may also be involved. Check the client’s current mode and rules to make sure the app isn’t excluded. If the client supports a temporary full-proxy mode, use it to compare results, then restore your usual settings. Quit and reopen the app so it doesn’t keep using an existing connection. If only that app is affected, include its name and the exact error message in your support ticket instead of simply saying the internet isn’t working.

Still seeing your original region after connecting, or getting a “region not supported” message?

Check the exit region selected in your client and confirm that the site is routed through it under your current rules. A service may also consider your account region, payment region, location permissions, cache, or existing sessions, so a successful connection doesn’t guarantee you meet its regional requirements. Close and reopen the app or test in a new browser session, then check whether split routing is sending traffic directly. Keep other settings unchanged where possible to avoid mistaking an account restriction for a route issue. If other routes in the same region behave differently, note the route name and the service’s message and submit a support ticket. VPNZD doesn’t treat regional coverage as a guarantee that a particular service will work.

How do I troubleshoot disconnections after sleep or a network change, and submit a support ticket?

After your device wakes from sleep or switches networks, an existing connection may need to be re-established. Make sure the new network is online, then disconnect and reconnect in the client to see if that fixes the issue. On mobile devices, check whether battery-saving settings have paused the client. On desktop, check for other network tools that may also be routing traffic. In your support ticket, say whether the issue started after sleep, after a network change, or during normal use. Include your platform, the client’s error message, route name, and steps you’ve already tried. Keep useful error details visible in screenshots, but hide account credentials. Don’t share your password or paste a full configuration file or log without checking it first.

Before submitting screenshots or attachments, keep the error text, route name, and relevant context visible. Hide passwords, full subscription links, and account information unrelated to the issue.

Speed & Routes

Choose a route based on its exit region and your needs. Assess route type, the target service’s requirements, and your local network separately; a higher plan tier alone doesn’t explain slow speeds.

When things slow down at peak times, should I switch routes or upgrade my plan?

Pause large downloads, syncing, and video tasks on your device, and check that other activity isn’t using up your local network. Then compare routes on the same device and service to see whether the issue is limited to a particular region or path. You can also test on another local network. Your plan’s data allowance and the performance of your current connection are separate issues; upgrading isn’t a direct fix for slow speeds. If you still have plenty of data, first check the route, split-routing rules, and the service’s status. In a support ticket, include when the issue occurred, the service, route, and comparison results. These details help narrow things down more than saying only that it’s slow at peak times.

How should I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?

Route types describe connection paths; they don’t guarantee the same results for every app. IEPL uses a dedicated link, relay routes traffic through an intermediate path, and direct routes connect directly. Your experience also depends on your local carrier, exit region, target service, and time of use. For a store dashboard, choose a route based on the region where you do business, then check whether sign-in and page actions work reliably. For video services, check both regional availability and playback. Don’t judge a route by its label alone, or switch exit regions so often that your business account keeps appearing in different regions. For help comparing route paths and billing options, see the plan selection guide.

Which regions are covered, and do route counts indicate how well access will work?

VPNZD covers 110+ countries / 170+ routes. Check the subscription list in your account dashboard for currently available regions and routes. Coverage shows which exit regions you can choose; it doesn’t mean every region suits every international service or that all routes perform the same way at all times. Store dashboards, AI tools, and streaming services may use different account-region and network checks. Identify the region your target service requires, then test a suitable route—this is more useful than focusing on route counts alone. The public routes page shows regions and route types. Update your subscription before use, and if the list changes, keep your current working configuration and check the dashboard.

Why do video services or AI tools remain restricted when websites load normally?

A website loading and all of its features working are two different checks. Video playback may use different domains and delivery paths, while AI tools may check your account region, eligibility, and the characteristics of your exit network. Read the service’s message to distinguish a regional restriction, account permissions, a network error, or a busy service. Then check whether the relevant requests use the same route in your client. You can compare other routes in the same region, but frequently changing regions isn’t a reliable fix. Check access for the specific service and region; ordinary web access doesn’t guarantee that playback or AI tasks will work. When submitting a support ticket, include the feature you were using, the error message, and the route name.

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plans and data packs have different billing rules. Use the order history in your account as the source of truth when changing plans, checking payments, or requesting a refund.

What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. To decide whether to upgrade, check your remaining data and current plan in the account overview, then consider your recent video use, file syncing, and activity across devices—not just the number of devices. The reset date isn’t the first day of a calendar month; check the dashboard for your actual account status. Before upgrading, review the change details shown in the dashboard. If anything differs from what you expected, keep the relevant order details and page message and contact support through a ticket.

How do data packs differ from monthly plans, and which should I choose?

Data packs: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is used until it runs out and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, making it suited to regular monthly use. Data packs are deducted as you use them and may suit occasional use when you want to keep unused data. Before choosing, consider whether you mainly use the service for routine dashboard tasks, large transfers, or video, then check your current plan in the account dashboard. The no-expiration rule applies to data packs, not monthly plans. To change the billing arrangement on an existing account, check the order details in the dashboard; don’t assume plans combine or data is deducted in a particular order.

Which payment methods are supported, and what should I do if my plan doesn’t update after payment?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Check the order page in your account dashboard for the payment options available to you. Before paying, confirm the selected plan, amount, and order status, and follow the instructions shown for that order. If your plan status doesn’t change after payment, return to your order list to check whether the order is complete, then refresh your account overview. Don’t pay again for the same need just to refresh the page, and don’t alter the payment details shown. If the payment provider shows the payment as complete but the dashboard hasn’t updated, submit a support ticket with the order ID, selected plan, and a screenshot of the payment status. Hide any personal information unrelated to the issue. Support will verify the order before confirming the result.

How do I request a 60-day no-questions-asked refund, and what information should I provide?

VPNZD offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. Before applying, read the Refund Policy and check its scope and requirements. Then sign in to your account dashboard, open the support ticket section, say that you’d like to request a refund, and provide the relevant order ID and plan details. You don’t need to troubleshoot route issues first to request a no-questions-asked refund. If you’re also having connection problems, you can describe them separately; troubleshooting evidence isn’t a prerequisite. Don’t share your password or full subscription link in support conversations. Check your ticket and order history for refund and payment status. This page doesn’t specify unpublished processing or payment timelines, or how refunds are returned. Support can verify questions about a specific order.
